The Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Benning on behalf of the Maneuver Center of Excellence (MCOE), Directorate of Publick Work's Business Operations & Integration Division (BOID) intends to execute a Firm Fixed Price contract to provide business operations support services as defined in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS), especially Task 5.. This requirement is set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVOSB). MICC contemplates to award a single firm fixed prived contract using Best Vallue - Lowest Price Technicall Acceptable source selection procedures.
The North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) is 541611.

The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and non-personal services necessary to perform Work Management and Engineering Systems support. Specific tasks include Annual Work Plan development and tracking, sustainment funding GFEBS data entry and analysis, ePRISMS data collection and validation, BUILDER SMS data collection and analysis, Information Technology accountability, and monthly status reports. The contractor will assist in developing the Annual Work Plan, track maintenance data in GFEBS, maintain space utilization data in ePRISMS, update BUILDER SMS database, and maintain a list of all IT assets within the Directorate.
