The Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified
bidders for the Sale of Granular Fertilizer on a Multi-Year Contract for the Department of Water
Resources.
Bids should be typed or submitted in ink and returned in a sealed container marked on the outside
with the BL# and Company Name. Bids will be received until 2:50 P.M. local time October 6, 2026, at
the Gwinnett County Financial Services - Purchasing Division – 2nd Floor, 75 Langley Drive,
Lawrenceville, Georgia 30046. Any bid received after this date and time will not be accepted. Bids will
be publicly opened and read at 3:00 P.M. The bid opening will be virtual ONLY. To access the bid

conference ID 811 526 178#. Apparent bid results will be available the following business day on the
website www.GwinnettCounty.com.
A pre-bid conference is scheduled for 10:00 A.M. on September 17, 2026, at the Gwinnett County F.
Wayne Hill Water Resources Center Conference Room located at 1500 One Water Way, Buford, GA
30519. All interested bidders are urged to attend. Questions regarding bids should be directed to

822-8734, no later than 3:00 P.M. local time September 18, 2026. Bids are legal and binding upon the
bidder when submitted.

The awarded bidder must supply bags and bagging materials, provide labor, equipment, and transportation to remove granular fertilizer from the County facility at F. Wayne Hill Water Resources Center. The bidder must coordinate pick-ups with the Department of Water Resources, provide weight certification, and make payment via ACH monthly within 30 days of pick-up. The contract covers approximately 250 tons per year for five years (2026 through 2030).
