Sealed bids will be received from bidders by the Gwinnett County Board of Education at 53
Gwinnett Drive, Lawrenceville, Georgia 30046 in the Conference Room of Building “C” until
3:00 PM, November 12th, 2026 for construction of the following:
Walnut Grove Elementary Re-Roofing (Bldg #2011)
75 Taylor Rd., Suwanee, Georgia 30024
Central Gwinnett High Re-Roofing (Bldg #5041)
564 W. Crogan St., Lawrenceville, Georgia 30046
Collins Hill High Re-Roofing (Bldg #5011)
50 Taylor Rd., Suwanee, Georgia 30024
North Gwinnett High Re-Roofing (Bldg #5080)
20 Level Creek Rd. NW, Suwanee, Georgia 30024
Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Interested parties are invited to attend. Fax transmittals

Applications for bidding documents shall be filed promptly with the Architects. Approved bidders
may obtain bidding documents electronically free of charge through the Architect.
A copy of the bidding documents (drawings and project manual) shall be available for review at the
office of the Architect, at the Owner’s office, and at Construct Connect.
Contract, if awarded, will be on a stipulated sum basis for the project listed above. No bids may be
withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after date of opening.
