University Drive, Americus, GA until November 19, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. local time, at which time the
bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids must be in a sealed envelope plainly marked “Sealed
Bid – GSW Student Success Center Flat Roof Project, GSW-27-40-01” and addressed to Sierra Harvey,
Director of Purchasing, at 800 Georgia Southwestern State University Drive, Physical Plant Conference
Room, Americus, GA. 31709. Bids will not be accepted after the called time.
The work to be bid consists of furnishing all equipment, materials, and labor required for the construction
of GSW Student Success Center Flat Roof Project, GSW-27-40-01, Americus GA including complete
construction as detailed in the Contract Bid Documents.
A mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting for all Bidders will be held on November 5, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. local
time, at 800 Georgia Southwestern State University Drive, Physical Plant Conference Room, Americus,
GA. After general discussions the Bidders will be escorted to the roof area that is being replaced.
All Prospective Prime Bidders must attend in order to submit a Bid.
