No bids will be accepted by email; all submittals must be received by mail or hand delivered. All
submittals must be received during our normal office hours from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through
Friday.
Bid documents may be obtained on the Augusta, Georgia web site under the Procurement Department

The successful bidder shall furnish and deliver three (3) complete submersible wastewater pump assemblies, each rated for 11,900 GPM at 49 feet TDH with approximately 200 HP motors, plus all specified discharge piping, valves, fittings, and accessories. The supplier shall provide manufacturer-required installation instructions, technical data, and reasonable technical support. Augusta Utilities will perform the field installation. All equipment must be new, unused, and of current manufacture, meeting the detailed specifications in the bid document.
