No qualifications will be accepted by email. All submittals must be received during our normal
office hours from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. No qualifications may be
withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after qualifications have been opened, pending the
execution of contract with the successful vendor.
The contractor will evaluate existing curbside parking operations, collect and analyze data on parking occupancy and demand, conduct stakeholder engagement, assess parking technology, develop a curbside management plan, provide financial analysis, conduct policy review, and develop a parking management implementation plan. Deliverables include an existing condition report, data collection summary, stakeholder engagement summary, parking demand analysis, technology assessment report, parking management plan, revenue generation and utilization plan, and presentations to the Augusta Commission.
