Highland Ave (Rt.14), Dallas County 83, E Highland Ave (Rt. 14), and Citizens Pkwy (Rt. 22). The offered space must meet fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards, and shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain. The lease term is 10 years full term with a 5-year firm term. The Government will consider alternative space if economically advantageous, factoring in relocation costs.
