No bids will be accepted by email; all submittals must be received by mail or hand delivered. All
submittals must be received during our normal office hours from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through
Friday.
Bid documents may be obtained on the Augusta, Georgia web site under the Procurement Department

The successful bidder shall remove and dispose of the existing empty sign cabinet from the existing sign pole, manufacture and install a new double-sided LED-illuminated sign cabinet approximately 7'-2" x 11'-1", provide 3' tall flat Plex sign faces displaying 'McDuffie Woods Community Center', furnish and install one new Daktronics GT6X LED display or approved equivalent approximately 4'-4" x 2'-11" with a 108 x 324 matrix, 10mm, four-color LED display, provide cellular communication for the life of the sign, and provide Daktronics webinar training for designated staff. The bidder must also provide a new pole cover to wrap existing poles with specified imprint, survey the existing site prior to manufacturing, acquire all required permits, and include warranty terms and a proposed manufacturing and installation time frame.
