You are invited to submit a sealed bid to provide ACADEMY OF RICHMOND COUNTY PARKING
LOT PAVEMENT REPAIR and STRIPING RFP #26-214 to the County Board of Education of
Richmond County, Georgia, (herein after referred to as “Richmond County School System”,
“RCSS” or “Owner”) at the time and place noted herein. Services are to be performed at Academy
of Richmond County; 910 Russel St., Augusta, GA 30904. Contact person(s) for this contract is
Mr. David Perry, Assistant Director of Planning and Construction 706-737-7189 or his designee.
A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will take place on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, at 10:00
a.m. Location will be Academy of Richmond County, 910 Russel St.; Augusta, GA 30904.
STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials required to repair Academy of Richmond County's parking lot. Work includes patching areas shown clouded on drawing A-1 in kind to match existing pavement, providing curb and gutter to enclose existing grease trap access manholes area, and applying new line striping. All new striping and hatching shall be yellow, proposed stop bars shall be white, and existing cross walks shall be recoated white. All lane stripes shall be 4 inches (6 inches apart for double yellow). Hatching shall be according to Georgia DOT Construction Standards. All quantities shall be field verified by the bidding contractor.
