and any other miscellaneous items necessary for removal and replacement of concrete curb and
gutter, adjust/lower curb grate inlets, full width milling to a depth of 3.0 inches following
repairs, placement and compaction of 2.0 inches of Permaflex/OGI asphalt paving, placement and
compaction of a 1 inch surface coat consisting of 9.5 MM Superpave with lime along Ezzard Street
from Paper Mill Road to the Shoal Creek culvert, 5 inch solid double yellow thermoplastic
centerline striping, 5 inch solid white thermoplastic edge line striping, traffic control, shoulder
grading, sodding and permanent grassing. City will perform tree removal. Georgia Department of

The City of Lawrenceville is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified contractors for the
Ezzard Street Pavement Rehabilitation Project. Sealed bids will be received by the Lawrenceville
Finance Office, 70 S. Clayton Street, Main Level, Room M46A Lawrenceville, Georgia 30046 until
2:00 P.M. local time on September 24, 2026 and then publicly opened and read aloud. Any bid
received after 2:00 P.M. will not be accepted. Bid envelope should be marked on the outside with Bid
Number, name of Bidder, date and time of opening. One unbound original and two (2) copies should
be submitted.
