GENERAL SCOPE
Provide various electrical fixtures, parts and supplies to Columbus Consolidated
Government on an “as needed” basis. The contract period will be for two years with the
option to renew for three additional twelve-month periods.

Responses must be submitted via OpenBids on or before the due date. A virtual
opening will be held during the 3:00 PM hour of the due date. Responding vendors
are not required but are invited to attend the opening.

Provide various electrical fixtures, parts and supplies on an as-needed basis for City use, available for immediate walk-in pickup and delivery with signed receipts, including conduit, wire, fittings, boxes, ballasts, devices, fuses, tools, tape, PVC and related items per the pricing pages, with a staffed Muscogee County location, 80% of listed items kept in stock, all freight included in unit prices, and itemized invoicing supported by delivery receipts.
