The project includes upgrading the audio/visual and technology equipment in the Council Chambers, including video presentation (main displays, video inputs, wireless presentation), video conferencing (dedicated computer, remote participant support, future camera infrastructure), recording system (audio and presentation capture), audio (DSP, speakers on dais platform, audience speakers, microphones, podium microphone, tabletop microphones, acoustic panels), system control (touch panels), and infrastructure (conduit, power supplies, cabling, networking components, racks, wall/finish repairs, existing wire removal). The vendor must also provide professional design services, procurement, installation, live testing, and training.
