The purpose of this procurement is to acquire maintenance, licensing, and support services for the Honeywell Pro-Watch System and Neverfail software under the End User Software Support Agreement (EU SSA). To ensure continuity of operations and uninterrupted support services, WMATA seeks licensing and support services as described herein for a one (1) year base period and two (2) one-year option periods, subject to the availability of funds.
The contractor must provide Honeywell Pro-Watch and Neverfail software licenses, including all associated maintenance, updates, patches, upgrades, and renewal support; remote dial-in support; external support services directly with Honeywell; continued service for physical building capacity planning including hardware support, application support, and NeverFail support; and ongoing continuous support for server growth as WMATA builds new facilities. The contractor must also provide a comprehensive Honeywell SSA and License Renewal package covering the ProWatch Access Control System and the Neverfail Continuity Engine, and ensure the vendor enters into a separate, direct Honeywell agreement. Deliverables include specific SKUs for software support agreements, professional services, and CleverCAD licensing. The period of performance is 12 months from the effective Notice to Proceed.
