To ensure continuity of operations and uninterrupted support services, WMATA seeks licensing and support services as described herein for a one (1) year base period and two (2) one-year option periods, subject to the availability of funds.
The contractor must provide Honeywell Pro-Watch and Neverfail software licenses, including all associated maintenance, updates, patches, upgrades, and renewal support; remote dial-in support; external support services directly with Honeywell; continued service for physical building capacity planning including hardware support, application support, and NeverFail support; and ongoing continuous support for server growth as WMATA builds new facilities. The contractor must also provide a comprehensive Honeywell SSA and License Renewal package covering the ProWatch Access Control System and the Neverfail Continuity Engine, and ensure the vendor enters into a separate, direct Honeywell agreement. Deliverables include specific SKUs for software support agreements, professional services, and CleverCAD licensing. The period of performance is 12 months from the effective Notice to Proceed.
