This procurement is for Amazon Web Service (AWS) Cloud Based Platform in support of the ACRT, to establish vulnerability assessment teams and provide support for assessment of force readiness and capabilities of land component forces. ACCINSCOM intends to award a sole source Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract with Amazon Web Services, (hereafter referred to as AWS), 12501 Ardennes Ave., Suite 101 Rockville, MD 20852.

The platform must provide a pool of global, commercial Internet Protocol (IP) addresses to simulate a variety of real-world attacker origins. It must meet Impact Level 4 (IL4) and Impact Level 5 (IL5) security controls and adhere to NIST 800-53, CNSS 1253, and FedRAMP (Moderate) security frameworks. Although no data will reside on the virtual server, it must protect any potential Personally Identifiable Information (PII) or mission data accessed during assessments per IL4 standards.
