Section 1 - Instructions to Bidders
The selected Stylist(s) will provide professional salon/barber services including haircuts, hairstyles, hair color, hair straightening, perms, hair conditioning, massage, skincare/facials, makeup application, manicures, pedicures, and geriatric massage to seniors at four Fulton County Senior Multipurpose Facilities. Each Adult Day Health Program participant may receive one free basic service per month (shampoo, conditioning, simple hairstyle, or basic cut), with additional services available at posted menu prices paid directly by participants. The Stylist must operate on-site at least three weekdays per week for a minimum of four hours per day between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., and must also establish periodic days of service involving skill-based volunteer and educational outreach activities for seniors.
