Provide labor, equipment, supervision and incidentals to cut designated existing trees within authorized clearing limits at 2163 and 2370 Godby Road, cut trunks to existing ground level, restrict work to authorized areas, protect buildings, pavement, utilities, drainage features and 25-foot landscape strips, verify unclear limits before cutting, and collect, load, transport and dispose of all tree debris off-site at an authorized facility. Stump removal, grubbing, grading, brush clearing beyond designated tree cutting, demolition, erosion control and the proposed playground are excluded.
