GENERAL SCOPE

The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, and materials for on-call irrigation installation and maintenance services during normal business hours and after hours on an as-needed basis. Services include 24/7 availability for irrigation line breaks, flooding, or malfunctioning systems; prompt response to mitigate water damage; temporary shutoff and system isolation; troubleshooting and repair of sprinkler heads, valves, pipes, and timers; wiring and solenoid repairs; spring start-up (system inspection, flushing, zone testing, controller programming); winterization (system shut-off, draining, air-blowout); inspection of spray patterns; installation of new irrigation systems or zone expansions; relocation of heads or lines; integration of rain sensors, moisture sensors, or smart controllers; adjustments to watering schedules; programming, troubleshooting, and replacing irrigation controllers; integration with weather monitoring or smart irrigation platforms; and Wi-Fi or app-based controller setup and support.
