The project includes modifications to the Primary and Elementary schools, including but not limited to one-for-one replacement of existing HVAC systems, roof TPO recover with single ply roofing membrane, and replacement of coping, gutters, downspouts and associated roof drainage. The scope is subject to change as the budget dictates.
