Contractor will perform a pavement condition survey for approximately 220 miles of unincorporated asphalt roads using ASTM-D6433-18 and PCI scores 0 to 100 per FHWA-RD-03-031, utilizing image-based continuous collection with surface imaging, 360-degree HD imagery, GPS geotagging, and LiDAR mobile laser scanning, define logical segmentation with County approval, and deliver segment PCI ratings with distress type, area and severity, an AI management tool, video files, Excel database, and ESRI GIS file for iWorQ integration.
