The City of Powder Springs is seeking sealed bids from qualified, experienced, and licensed contractors for the construction of a new signalized intersection and a new access road parallel to Powder Springs Street. The project will include traffic control, signal installation, concrete curb and median work, asphalt topping, striping and marking, median landscaping, concrete stormwater installation, and all other work necessary for completion of the project. Pricing shall include all materials, labor, equipment, and miscellaneous related items to complete the project in accordance with the terms of the solicitation, any resulting contract, and construction documents/specifications prepared by Croy Engineers, LLC. the City of Powder Springs reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, to waive any irregularities, informalities, and technicalities in order to award the contract determined to be in the best interest of the city.
