Electronic bids will be received by the COLUMBIA COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS, PROCUREMENT
DEPARTMENT, 500 FAIRCLOTH DRIVE, EVANS, GEORGIA 30809, until November 19th, 2026, at 12:00 PM E.T. Public
opening will be held virtually on the same day via WebEx at https://ccgagov.webex.com/meet/gosteen at 2:00 PM E.T.
No submitted bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids for a period of sixty (60) days.
A MANDATORY PREBID MEETING will be held on site at 2257 County Camp Road, Appling, Georgia, 30802, on
November 4th, 2026, at 10:00 AM E.T. Failure to attend this meeting by a prospective contractor or bidder will result in
automatic disqualification of their bid. Contractors or bidders who arrive after 10 minutes past the advertised time will
be disqualified for being late.
All Bidders must have a State of Georgia General Contractor’s License and a Columbia County business license.
