INTRODUCTION
The Wayne County School District is requesting a proposal from interested and qualified Construction
Management Firms for the Construction of: New Athletic Facilities and New Board of Education
Central Office. The approximate total anticipated budget for all phases in this project is $35,000,000.
The projected Scope of Work for construction is anticipated to include the following:
Phase 1 – New Athletic Facilities
• Construction of a New Football Stadium with the following:
• New grandstands with seating for 4,500 spectators
• New press box
• New synthetic turf field
• New fieldhouse building, approximately 13,000 sf
• New visitors' dressing room and storage building, approximately 3,000 sf
• New ticketing pavilions
• New home and visitor side restroom and concession buildings
• Construction of a New Baseball Field
• New concessions and restroom building for baseball and softball use
• New hitting & pitching facility, approximately 9,000 sf
• New ticketing pavilions
• New grandstands and pressbox
• Construction of a New Softball Field
• New hitting & pitching facility, approximately 9,000 sf
• New grandstands and press box
• Parking areas and drives
Phase 2- New Board of Education Central Offices
• Construction of a New Board of Education Central Office, approximately 23,000 sf.
Phase 1 – New Athletic Facilities includes construction of a New Football Stadium with grandstands for 4,500 spectators, press box, synthetic turf field, fieldhouse (13,000 sf), visitors' dressing room and storage (3,000 sf), ticketing pavilions, restroom and concession buildings; a New Baseball Field with concessions/restroom building, hitting & pitching facility (9,000 sf), ticketing pavilions, grandstands and pressbox; a New Softball Field with hitting & pitching facility (9,000 sf), grandstands and press box; and parking areas and drives. Phase 2 – New Board of Education Central Offices includes construction of a New Board of Education Central Office (approximately 23,000 sf) and parking areas and drives.
