RE: RFP No. 401-27, Cogburn Woods Elementary School Critical Systems
The Fulton County Schools ("FCS") is seeking a qualified and experienced firm to provide Construction
Services for Cogburn Woods Elementary School located at 13080 Cogburn Road, Milton, GA 30004.
Specific duties are described in Section 00700 – General Conditions and in Section 001149 – Project
Summary & Directory.
A pre-proposal conference will be held in accordance with Section 002216 on Thursday,
September 3, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. local time at Cogburn Woods Elementary School located at 13080
Cogburn Road, Milton, GA 30004. A site visit will be held immediately following the pre-proposal
conference. This will be the only scheduled site visit before proposals are due.
Questions regarding the submittal process shall be submitted via Euna Procurement (Bonfire). Only questions
received prior to 4:00 p.m. EST on Thursday, September 10, 2026, will be considered.
Submittals will be received digitally until 2:30 p.m. EST on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, through Euna
Procurement (Bonfire) at https://fultonschools.bonfirehub.com or via the Euna Procurement (Bonfire) link
on the FCS Contracting website at https://www.fultonschools.org/contracting.
