General Instructions
2.1 Questions:
All questions or other communications are to be submitted in writing via either email or facsimile
to the Director of Facilities. There shall be no communications with any other PSD employee or contracted
agent unless approved in writing by the Director of Operations, Jeff Little, jjlittle@polk.k12.ga.us

The vendor must furnish and install SNF-882-1-List Allstar Lockers or equivalent, including slope tops, open upper, lower footlocker, filler panels, end panels, double prong ceiling hook, size 18" w X 72" h X 18" d, color black, total 103 lockers, all MIG welded construction, powder coated and baked body construction, 16 gauge Hollow-T tubular sections & channel frame, 14 gauge cold rolled steel locker base, 13 gauge cold rolled steel 1/2'' flattened expanded metal vertical side panels, standard hat shelf and 2 single prong wall hooks, 1 double prong ceiling hook, lifetime warranty. Also includes relocation of 36 double tier frames and installation. Project shall be completed by December 31, 2026.
