The project involves renovation of existing roofing and HVAC systems at Dorsett Shoals Elementary School, a 59,034 SF existing facility consisting of multiple buildings. The work includes removal and replacement of existing roofing with new architectural shingles, TPO retrofit, and standing seam metal roof work, including new gutters and downspouts. HVAC work includes removal of existing variable refrigerant fan coils, split-system units, packaged AC units, and associated equipment, and installation of new mini-split heat pumps, air handling units, energy recovery ventilators, pad-mounted units, and exhaust fans. The project also includes demolition and renovation of ceilings, walls, floor finishes, and associated electrical and plumbing work.
