This contract may be renewed for the additional periods up to four (4) additional contract periods beyond the original period. The City may choose to purchase more, less or none of any listed item, depending on the City’s needs. The City is under no obligation to purchase a minimum amount of any item awarded.
A Bid Bond in the amount of 5% is required with your bid response.
A Performance, Payment and Maintenance Bond will be required upon award.
