Transportation Fluids, Parts and Supplies

LISD has an ongoing need for vehicle fluids, parts and supplies for its Transportation Department and Plant Services Department and for the District in general. LISD seeks to create a list of awarded vendors from which to obtain these goods. When LISD has a need for these products, LISD will use the list of awarded vendors as a primary source to obtain them. There is no obligation upon LISD to use any particular vendor and there is no guarantee of any quantity of orders. LISD will choose the awarded vendor(s) that best meet(s) its requirements for any particular need. This is a continuous solicitation, which means that it will be open from the date of award through 12/31/2028 during which period interested vendors may submit a proposal for LISD's evaluation. LISD may, at its sole discretion, extend the solicitation via addendum. All vendors whose proposals meet the requirements stated herein will be awarded contracts and added to the list of awarded vendors for the specified goods.
