The is a Best Value bid. Please pay close attention to the weighted criteria listed on the GP&L Control Enclosure Questionnaire & Pricing Grading Sheet found in the bid documents. Provide a complete and organized bid response.
The City may award either the new-enclosure option , the reconditioning option or choose to not make an award depending upon which responsive proposal provides the best value based on the published criteria.
Suppliers may respond with a bid for the new-enclosure, the reconditioned enclosure or both.
A Bid Bond in the amount of 5% is required with your bid response. Failure to provide one with your response will deem your bid non-responsive.
A Performance and Payment Bond will be required upon notice of award.
