The City of Irving is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced firms to provide comprehensive website design, development, implementation, and ongoing support services for the Irving Arts and Culture Department in accordance with the requirements of this Request for Proposals (RFP).
Questions or requests for clarification regarding this solicitation must be submitted through the Questions tab in IonWave by the deadline identified in the solicitation schedule. Responses will be posted in IonWave after consultation with the appropriate City staff. If a response results in a material change to the solicitation, the City will issue a written addendum.
