The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, material, supplies, equipment, and transportation, as well as manage all spectrum/frequency coordination, airspace access, and facilities to provide fully supported UAS for missions equipped with the capacity to take a suite of measurements. The Contractor shall perform development work to adapt and enhance aircraft platform capabilities as needed and specified in Task Orders, operate the aircraft during data missions, ensure reliable data storage and transmission for all instruments, and provide program management oversight to coordinate multiple simultaneous Task Orders. The scope covers a broad range of UAS platforms, sensors, and data collection services including Living Marine Resource Surveys and Research, Meteorological and Oceanographic Observations, Ocean Exploration and Characterization, Land, Cryospheric, and Hydrographic Mapping, and other priority areas. Deliverables include Mission Data Sets, Real-Time Data Stream, Progress Reports, Quality Control Plan (QCP), and Sensor Calibration Logs.
