The selected firm will advise the Board of Education on search strategy and planning, review existing community input, identify stakeholder priorities, facilitate development of a Superintendent Leadership Profile, assist in developing candidate evaluation criteria, conduct national candidate recruitment, perform candidate screening and due diligence, present candidates to the Board, support Board interviews, manage finalist community engagement, collect stakeholder feedback, advise on compensation and contract, support final selection and negotiation, assist with search communications, and provide project management and reporting. The firm serves in an advisory capacity; the Board retains exclusive authority for all final decisions.
