Instructional and Curriculum Consultant Services - Continuous Solicitation

The Pharr – San Juan – Alamo Independent School District has an ongoing need for Instructional and Curriculum Consultant Services for its Campuses and Departments and for the District in general. The District is seeking to obtain proposals from consultant service providers, qualified to provide various types of consultant services, including but not limited to: Advanced Placement Early Childhood Health, Physical Education & Wellness Special Education Athletics Educational Technology Library Media Services Student Services (Section 504) Before/After School Program English Language Arts & Reading (ELAR) Mathematics World Language Career & Technology Education (CTE) ESL Science Presenter / Speaker College & Career Readiness Fine Arts Social Studies Dual Language Gifted & Talented Spanish Language Arts & Reading (SLAR) Instructional and Curriculum Consultant Services (a.k.a. "Services") are the services of either an individual or company (a.k.a. "vendor") who renders services to the District on a short or infrequent term, on a fee or per diem basis, and does not involve the traditional relationship of employer and employee. These vendor services can provide administrative and/or technical expertise not otherwise available to or performed by District personnel. Services may consist of information, advisory, opinions, alternatives, conclusions, recommendations, demonstration, or direct assistance, such as studies, analysis, evaluations, and liaison. This is a continuous solicitation. Vendors may submit a proposal from the open date until 6/30/2027. Submissions will be evaluated continuously throughout the term. PSJA ISD may, at its sole discretion, extend the solicitation via addendum. In case of emailed proposal or any correspondence concerning the proposal, the district will not be held responsible for missent, lost or late emails. Any proposal not submitted by the deadline for submitting the proposal, will be considered not timely filed and therefor, will be disqualified. The District reserves the right to determine if a specialized service is acceptable. If the service is deemed unacceptable, no award will be made to the respondent. This solicitation does not cover professional services as defined by the Texas Education Code §44.031(f) and Texas Government Code §2254. LATE OR INCOMPLETE PROPOSALS WILL BE CONSIDERED NON-RESPONSIVE / NON-CONFORMING. Proposals may be withdrawn prior to the opening data and time, but only in accordance with Attribute 4 of the proposals Attribute Section "Withdrawing (Retracting) Responses or Modification of Bid". No Federal or State Tax is to be included in the bid/proposal price.
