The Town of Bloomfield is inviting proposals to be submitted based on the requirements in the RFP for the Bunker, Green, & Tee Renovation project at Wintonbury Hills Golf Course located in Bloomfield, CT. The work generally consists of the reconstruction & renovation of existing sand bunkers (including re-shaping, drainage improvements, installation of Capillary Flow & JM Evalith bunker liners, & installation of bunker sand), construction of new bunkers, renovation of the putting green on Hole #16, construction/expansion of selected tees (including new back tees on Holes #15 & #18), associated grading, drainage, irrigation adjustments, tree clearing (Hole #15), seedbed preparation, & grassing/sodding as more particularly described in the Technical Specifications &shown on the Bunker Renovation Plan. Proposals must be received PRIOR TO 1:00 pm on THURSDAY, NOV 5, 2026 at Town Hall, 800 Bloomfield Avenue, Bloomfield CT.
Questions may be submitted until 4pm on Oct 19, 2026.
