The work consists of removing and replacing all existing windows, siding, and exterior trim; the six (6) apartment front doors; the basement door at 95 North Main Street; porch work; and the Building Modifications at 93 North Main Street. SHT also requests pricing for an Add Alternate for the front entry steps at 91 and 95 North Main Street and the Bilco door and areaway foundation at 93 North Main Street.
