Description
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified firms interested in
providing the CSULB Hung Family College of Engineering with a Focused Ion Beam Scanning Electron
Microscope (FIB SEM).
A FIB SEM is a fully digital, ultra-high resolution field emission scanning electron microscope equipped
with focused ion beam technology. It allows for the fast characterization of nanometer details and analysis in
2D and 3D, very high-quality thin sample preparation, and in-situ materials testing.

Most California work asks for the two below, and the solicitation documents are where it’s stated. One prequalification covers both — on this bid and the next.
A surety’s written statement that it expects to bond you up to a stated amount, subject to final underwriting. It’s what an agency asks to see before they take your bid seriously.
