The selected firms will provide professional design services for building renovations, space modifications, facility improvements, and parking lot upgrades across PPSC campuses (Centennial Campus, Rampart Range Campus, Downtown Campus, and Center for Healthcare Education and Simulation). Assignments will range from minor interior renovations to larger multi-room renovation and infrastructure improvement projects, with total budgets from $50,000 to $1,000,000. The project delivery method is Design/Bid/Build (DBB). For each assignment, a firm from the pre-qualified pool will be invited to submit a project-specific scope, schedule, staffing plan, and fee proposal, and will work with the PPSC Project Manager and stakeholders through planning, design, bidding, and construction phases.
