Auction Services to be used as a new Quantity purchase agreement (QPA) for the State of Indiana and possibly other state agencies.
The contractor must provide live, online, and live streaming auction services in a hybrid format. Services include market value assessment, marketing, promotion, support and training, equipment appraisals, web portal hosting, bidder registration and management, equipment transportation and preparation, financing and payment alternatives, post auction settlement, and auction-related storage and shipping. The contractor is responsible for picking up, storing, and distributing all auctioned items at their location, and for all transport before and after the auction. The contractor must provide auction ring men, clerks, and notary publics, and submit itemized invoices for marketing and commission. The contractor must also handle title transfers for vehicles and ensure all communications with buyers flow through the contractor, not the State.

Most Indiana work asks for the two below, and the solicitation documents are where it’s stated. One prequalification covers both — on this bid and the next.
A surety’s written statement that it expects to bond you up to a stated amount, subject to final underwriting. It’s what an agency asks to see before they take your bid seriously.
