Lottery SOC 1 Type 2 Audit
The awarded Offeror will perform a SOC 1 Type 2 audit of the Lottery's Central Gaming System (CGS), Multi State Lottery Association (MUSL) mandated Internal Control System (ICS), and Lottery controls. The audit will identify operational processes, risks, and test the adequacy of controls. The Offeror will provide two separate reports: one for the CGS (operated by BSL) and one for the MUSL mandated ICS and Lottery controls. Tasks include submitting an in-depth audit plan, conducting a project kickoff, providing draft and final reports, and attending an exit interview. The audit covers controls in areas such as organization and administration, draw game processing, instant ticket processing, claims and payments, logical access, computer operations, change management, physical security, and network security.

Most Colorado work asks for the two below, and the solicitation documents are where it’s stated. One prequalification covers both — on this bid and the next.
A surety’s written statement that it expects to bond you up to a stated amount, subject to final underwriting. It’s what an agency asks to see before they take your bid seriously.
