The selected contractor will work with Otero College to develop and support implementation of a comprehensive Strategic Enrollment Plan (SEP). The project includes project initiation and data analysis, developing an enrollment projection model with multiple scenarios, strategic planning with stakeholder engagement, providing up to eight two-day consultation sessions, monthly KPI reports and a dashboard, and delivering a final SEP with a prioritized action plan, benchmarks, implementation timelines, and staff training. The contractor shall provide the final plan, reports, projection model, dashboard, and related tools in usable electronic formats.
