The scope of work involves the removal of three Trane IntelliPak rooftop units and replacement with three AAON gas fired VAV packaged rooftop units; removal of three P-K Thermific boilers and replacement with three Lochinvar Crest Hellcat boilers along with new boiler circulation pumps; removal of two shooting range roof-mounted exhaust fans and two gas-fired makeup air units and replacement with new units including replacement of exhaust filtration system; removal of the existing Trane Tracer SC+ Building Automation System (BAS) and replacement with a new Alerton Compass 2 BAS including new distributed controllers; removal of all existing interior and exterior lighting fixtures and controls and replacement with new fixtures and controls; routing of medium pressure (2PSI) gas piping from the existing gas meter location to the new gas fired packaged RTUs; and recertification of the shooting range to EPA and OSHA standards by an industrial hygienist. The project will also receive a commissioning effort as specified in the construction specifications.
