The bidder must supply one Philips EPIQ Elite G System with HDMAx (24" Monitor) including specified transducers (C5-1, L12-3, eL18-4, S5-1, D2cwc) and clinical software packages (Abdominal, Gynecology, Vascular, Pediatric Radiology, Small Parts, Musculoskeletal, Adult Cardiology, Pediatric Cardiology, Obstetrical, Fetal Echocardiography, Urology, TCD, Interventional), plus training (1-day onsite install, 1-day onsite clinical support, 1-day Level 2 offsite tuition and US travel package, basic system training course). Optionally, the bidder may supply a Flow Viewer, 4D, V9-2 Bundle. The bidder must also upgrade the existing Philips EPIQ 5 (SN US714C0073) with Flow Viewer, Release 14.0 SW, HD MAX Display upgrade, Upgrade Kit B.4 HW, and 1-day onsite clinical support. A trade-in option for a non-working Philips IU22 Ultrasound Machine (Serial # B043V8) is available with an allowance up to $10,000.00.
