The Colorado Department of Corrections (CDOC) on behalf of the Director of Prisons - Central Armory Unit, are seeking Bidder(s) to provide pre-approved disturbance control devices and munitions. The award of this solicitation will be in the form of an Award Letter(s), that will be in effect from January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2027. A list of the approved control products, devices and munitions items can be found on Exhibit D – Price Proposal. Bidder(s) are encouraged to bid on any or all the items. Only Department approved manufactures and product item numbers listed on Exhibit D - Price Proposal will be accepted and considered for award, no substitutions or alternative products are allowed and will not be awarded. All Orders will be shipped to the CDOC Central Armory at 57500 E Hwy 50 and Evans Rd, Canon City, CO 81212.
