The awarded bidder(s) will supply pre-approved Sabre and MK Ballistic Products to CDOC facilities, with all orders shipped to the CDOC Central Armory at 57500 E Hwy 50 and Evans Rd, Canon City, CO 81212. Only Department approved manufacturers and product item numbers listed on Exhibit D - Price Proposal will be accepted, with no substitutions or alternative products allowed. Each CDOC Facility typically places one essential order per year, with additional orders placed as needed, using the Department's order form containing a requisition number and specified quantities. The bidder must package and send each order separately, ensuring each order references the accurate requisition number. Pricing is itemized on Exhibit D, must be all inclusive with no additional shipping, surcharges or taxes paid, and is prohibited from having more than two decimal places. The supplier must provide a minimum of three calendar days' written notice to the single point of contact if unable to meet delivery schedules.
