December Meat & Cheese - Request for Quote
The CDOC Warehouse Operations are seeking bids for Meat & Cheese to supply six (6) correctional warehouse locations across Colorado, to be delivered on or before December 11, 2026. The items include frozen ground beef (85/15 lean, 10 lb. poly chub), beef patties (85/15 lean, 3/1 lb.), chicken patties (3.3-4.0 oz., breaded), sausage (turkey/chicken, breakfast links or patties, 1 oz.), turkey franks (1.6 oz., skinless), ground turkey (min. 80% lean, 10 lb. poly chub), turkey ham (thigh meat only, 7-8 lb. oval), turkey roast (raw, whole, boneless), thigh meat (turkey or chicken, boneless, skinless), meatballs (sodium ≤ 460mg per serving, protein min. 12g per 3oz serving), American cheese (processed or high melt, 5 lb. sliced, 160 count), cheddar cheese (natural, mild, approx. 40 lb. block or shredded), mozzarella cheese (natural, shredded), turkey bologna (4.5" round, 2-10# chubs per case), and turkey roll (low sodium, 4.5" round, 2-10 lb. chub per case). All meat products must be fully frozen and delivered at no higher than 0 degrees F. All meat products must have been produced within the last 10 months, and all cheese products within the last 18 months of delivery. Any requested Kosher items must be Certified Kosher with up-to-date certification provided with bid submission. Delivery is F.O.B. Destination to six locations: Arkansas Valley Correctional Facility (12750 Hwy 96, Lane 13 Ordway, CO 81034), Buena Vista Correctional Complex (15125 Hwy 24 & 285, Buena Vista, CO 81211), Canon City Central Warehouse (57500 Hwy East & Evans Rd, Canon City, CO 81212), Denver Women’s Correctional Facility (3600 Havana Street, Denver, CO 80239), Limon Correctional Facility (49030 State Hwy 71, Limon, CO 80826), and Sterling Correctional Facility (12101 Hwy 61, Sterling, CO 80751).
