Fresh Produce - Request for Quote
The awarded bidder will supply fresh produce items including apples, bananas, oranges, pears, broccoli, cabbage, carrots, celery, lettuce, onions, bell peppers, tomatoes, potatoes, and other fruits and vegetables as specified in Exhibit D. The bidder must deliver the produce in appropriate transport containers to multiple CDOC warehouse locations (Buena Vista Correctional Complex, Arkansas Valley Correctional Facility, Central Warehouse, Sterling Correctional Facility, Denver Women’s Correctional Facility, Denver Reception & Diagnostic Center, and Limon Correctional Facility) on specified dates and times between October 19 and October 21, 2026. All items are to be F.O.B. Destination, and pricing must be all-inclusive with no additional shipping, surcharges, or taxes. The bidder must provide unit cost and extended costs on all items bid, and all food products must be properly labeled as to identity and origin, date coded, and meet current United States Department of Agriculture standards.
