The work includes replacement of pumps, compressors, electrical components, troubleshooting malfunctioning or inoperable equipment, rebuilding valves and compressors, float replacement, and any other work deemed necessary to repair or maintain the 14 listed sewer pump stations. The contractor must furnish all labor, services, materials, equipment, plant, machinery, apparatus, appliances, tools, supplies, and all other things necessary to complete each item of work. The contractor must also maintain an emergency repair and telephone callback service available 24/7, be on site within one hour of notification, and have a maintenance vehicle garage and home office within 30 miles of the Town.
