Work includes new storefront in 3 openings including 2 power-operated entry doors; partitions, painting, and ceiling systems; walk-off carpet tile flooring at vestibule; cabinetry, woodwork and counter; addition of HVAC equipment for vestibule; expand and modify existing intercom, security, fire alarm, and access control systems including new NVR system; electrical work including interior and exterior lighting; new accessible concrete walkway, landing, curbing; paved walkways; and metal railings.
