The selected contractor shall furnish all labor and equipment required for the removal and dumping of transporter trucks at designated snow dumps as directed, based upon the Town's needs and any emergencies that may arise. Equipment and operators must be available 24/7, including holidays. The contractor must be capable of providing up to 28 pieces of equipment: three 10-cubic-yard 6-wheel dump trucks, eighteen 18-cubic-yard 10-wheel dump trucks, seven 32-cubic-yard 18-wheel dump trucks, and optionally one bulldozer (D6 or larger). The contractor must acknowledge and respond to emergency calls within two hours and commence operations within eight hours of notification. The contract term is from execution through April 30, 2027.
