This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 562991 with a Small Business Size Standard of $9 Million.
ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY VENDOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
The contractor shall furnish all equipment, materials, labor, and transportation to supply, service and maintain six portable toilets at Site A (Buzzards Bay Recreation Area), Site B (Sagamore Recreation Area), and Site D (Sandwich Recreation Area). Toilets must be serviced three times per week (Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays) during daylight hours. Each unit must have a service record, waterless hand-sanitizer dispenser, and toilet paper replenished each service. Units must be staked with steel rebar or secured with sandbags. Up to ten emergency cleanings may be required within 24-hour notice. The contractor must submit a Spill Prevention Plan before field work begins. All waste must be disposed of offsite. The contract is firm-fixed price for seven months.
