The selected bidder will be responsible for a complete implementation including discovery and requirements validation, solution design, Appian configuration, interfaces and integrations, testing, training, deployment, documentation, and post-go-live stabilization. The scope includes a family/public portal for burial/interment requests with secure document upload and status visibility; a staff workspace with dashboards, work queues, application records, eligibility review workflows, and case notes; document management integrated with the Commonwealth's OnBase environment; eligibility and DD214 processing with configurable rules and IDP extraction; email-based notifications and case-associated correspondence; operational reporting and dashboards; and architecture to support future capabilities such as authenticated family self-service, two-way secure messaging, payment processor integration, identity services, and enterprise content management.
